    Buffalo Sled Company began manufacturing this sled in the 1910's. 1921 the company built a new factory and changed their name to Auto-Wherl Coaster Company. They continued making a Fleetwing sled, but none of the images we have found from Auto-Wheels Company match this slad. We only found 2 images that match this sled. One came from a 1915 Buffalo Sled Co advertisement. The other is from a sled collector side suggesting the sled is likely before the 1920's. Screen shots of these are included in the pictures.
    The sled shows wear and has certainly provided many happy snow days over the years.
    It is a great looking sled with a long history.
