    . (Inv. no.9726) A fudge wheel is used to imitate a hand-stitched welt; to tighten the stitches on the welt to give them a regular and neat appearance. It has a total length of about 7 3/8 inches. There are no cracks, splits, etc in the handle. Overall it is in good to very good condition. It is marked ASMEAD & CO 4TH ST PHILAD 18 (on stem). Starting price is .95. Shipping weight is 13 ounces.
