Do not use the container for cooking. Do not soak the mesh strainer, after cleaning it either on hand or in the dishwasher, please dry it as soon as possible. Make sure you do not overfill the rivet, so oil does not spill over your countertop. It might be best if you want to keep grease in the fridge for longer use.
