. These 6x8" soft inserts  are far superior to the "trauma inserts" that come with concealed vests. These are
level IIIa, stab resistant
and  fragmentation rated construction.  They are also perfect for your side plate carrier pockets.  They are also great for added protection without plates, and will also fit many concealed carriers front trauma pockets and some ACU/BDU pockets for added protection.  Besides being light, these inserts are soft and comfortable and just over 1/4" thick.  Made of military grade kevlar  and  spectra for better ballistics, less weight and less blunt trauma.  New, ships from factory.  STOCK PHOTO.
