    This Italian-made tomato press processes tomatoes into a smooth base for use in tomato sauce. Simply place your parboiled tomatoes in the basin and start cranking. The stainless-steel wire mesh will separate the peels and seeds off to the side, while the puree is dispensed down the white chute. It will process 50kg of tomatoes per hour. The base features a heavy duty suction cup for stabilization that is operated by the small white lever– it holds tightly to a granite countertop. Lightly used. Comes with original manual.
