    This is an old KEEN KUTTER four inch adjustable that was sold by the Shapligh's hardware stores back in the 1920's and 30's. All of the KEEN KUTTER tools are collectable. This company had a full line of tools made for them, The company was located in St Louis U.S.A.
    IT IS VERY HARD TO FIND TOOLS WITH THEIR NAME ON THEM.
