Safariland Level 3A (IIIA) Ballistic "Bulletproof" Vest - pre-worn - Excellent

Safariland Level 3A (IIIA) Ballistic "Bulletproof" Vest. This vest DOES come with ballistic inserts as shown in pictures (blue). Has pouch/sleeve on chesr for additional trauma plate. Vest was worn less than a dozen times and has been stored inside for several years in clean, climate controlled conditions. Comes with 6 extra/replacement Velcro fastening straps.
The vest size is listed as "1RX1C." Unless you have access to a safariland sizing chart that probably doesn't help. As a point of reference user was approximately 5'11" and 200lbs. It could accommodate some a little smaller, but would easily accommodate someone somewhat bigger.
I've had several questions regarding the sizing of this item. All body styles are different, but I would say generally this will comfortably and safely fit someone 5' 9" to 6'2" tall and 185 to 225 lbs.
The manufacture date is listed as Sept  2009 and again was barely worn and has definitely not been broken in.
