GOOD USED CONDITION WITH NORMAL USAGE WEAR AND AGE , HAS SURFACE RUST AND OLD GREASE ON GRINDER AND OIL/GREASE ON STONE , CRANKS AND SPINS AS INTENDED ( MAY NEED OIL/GEAR GREASE ADDED TO INSIDE OF CASE AND A  NEW CASE SEAL ) , ARBOR NUT IS NOT SEIZED ,CLAMP MOVES AS INTENDED , DID NOT GO THROUGH ANY OF THE CASE SCREWS SO SOME OR ALL COULD BE SEIZED,WOOD CRANK HANDLE GRIP IS LOOSE ( BOLT IS TO LONG AND NEEDS A BUSHING INSIDE WOOD GRIP ) , CRANKS HANDLE HAS A SLIGHT CURVE IN IT , SHAFT THE STONE RIDES ON HAS SOME IN/OUT PLAY IN IT , CASE BOLTS ARE MISMATCHED
